The actress alleged that Baldoni engaged in “inappropriate and unwelcome behavior towards Ms Lively and others on the set of It Ends With Us,” the BBC reports.
She has also accused Baldoni of starting a campaign to “destroy” her reputation in the legal document, which has been shared in full by the New York Times.
Baldoni’s lawyer Bryan Freedman has denied the “categorically false” allegations, saying: “It is shameful that Ms Lively and her representatives would make such serious and categorically false accusations against Mr Baldoni, Wayfarer Studios, and its representatives.”
He added that her claims are “intentionally salacious with an intent to publicly hurt and rehash a narrative in the media” and accused Lively of making many threats including “threatening to not show up” and “threatening to not promote the film”.
