Lively has since filed a lawsuit against Baldoni, accusing him of sexual harassment—which his team strongly denies—as well as “other behaviours that were shocking and emotionally distressing,” according to the complaint.
As part of the lawsuit, texts allegedly from a team hired by Baldoni to run the campaign were submitted.
In these texts, Baldoni reportedly expressed a desire to make Lively feel like she “can be buried.”
Baldoni’s legal team has strongly denied the accusations, calling them “categorically false” and accusing Lively of spreading “fake stories” in what they described as a “desperate attempt to salvage her damaged reputation.”
Another rule stated there should be “no discussions with Lively or her team about personal sexual experiences,” including those involving spouses or others.
The lawsuit also highlighted a demand forbidding discussions about Baldoni’s past “pornography addiction” or Lively’s “lack of pornography consumption.”
Additionally, Lively requested that Baldoni stop commenting on her religious beliefs and refrain from imposing his own views on her.
Lively specified in the lawsuit that any touching or sexual comments from Baldoni or producer Heath would “not be tolerated” by her or any other women on set.
